A long time trainer in Active Plus, Neil started his fitness journey in martial arts. Transitioning from kickboxing to Olympic wrestling (and everything in between), he has won medals in the latter at both the Irish and Ulster Opens. An unquenchable interest in everything physical developed from there, which prompted Neil to make a career out of what he loved to do. From competing in a natural men’s physique show on stage, to teaching handstands to members on the gym floor - he is both equally adept at handling body composition/fat loss goals of clients, as well as improving athletic attributes such as speed, strength and mobility.
A big proponent of practicing what you preach - Neil consistently challenges himself to improve both physically and mentally, and wants to help you to do the same.
