We put the members first.

At Active Plus, our ethos is simple - put the members first. We distinguish ourselves from other gyms by offering a more personal and inviting experience. We want to facilitate the gym newcomer who is apprehensive about training for the first time - as well as the experienced athlete who wants to improve their performance through professional guidance - and everyone in between. Whatever your goals are in relation to fitness, body image, health, performance or rehabilitation - Active Plus should be your next destination.
